In the list of 42 countries, Ukraine ranks last, according to the organization's website.
According to the analysis, Liechtenstein came in first with a purchasing power of 67,550 euros per capita, 4.5 times higher than the European average (14,739 euros).
In second and third place are Switzerland (40,000 euros) and Luxembourg (35,000 euros).
The study authors did not calculate the purchasing power of Russian residents.
"Sixteen countries considered in the study have above average purchasing power per capita, while 26 countries with an indicator below the European average," the study said.
The last three countries are Moldova, Kosovo and Ukraine. According to the company, the purchasing power of Ukrainians is 1,830 euros per capita.
The company explained that purchasing power is considered income after tax deduction and charitable contributions.
This amount includes all government money that residents spend on food, housing, entertainment, services, shopping, and vacations.
